Little Black Cats Riso Print

These small black cats are printed in 3 colors- red, yellow and blue to create a rich dark brown color for the cat's fur. These prints are printed very off-registered! They can look like 3-d prints. Some are a little different than the display but most are this mis-registered. They're fun and I wanted to share them with you too! Hand printed by Natalie in her Los Angeles studio. Signed upon request but may require a slightly longer wait time. Size is 8 1/2 x 5 on smooth 65lb. natural white paper. *Riso or Risograph is a printing process made by layering different colored inks to create rich and vibrant images. Because this process requires adding one layer of ink at a time, slight differences in registration are natural and sometimes roller marks from the machine can occur.
